Cozy, little old ice cream shop and ice cream texture was exceptional for hard ice cream. A definite stop if you vacationing nearby on the cape. The line moves quick!

Ice cream was delicious and great flavor choices. The owner was super friendly and cares about what he does. Glad we stopped in.

Everyone knows why people love ice cream places. Four seas does it right

Mint chip for the win. A nice pink peppermint flavor with the crunch of chocolate chips; canΓ’β¬β’t go wrong. Some other fun flavors to try as well such as frozen pudding.

So happy they are open!

This is probably the best frozen dessert shop in Massachusetts. It's an excellent place for friends or the whole family. I've been here twice now and plan to go there many more times. There's usually a wait of 10-30 minutes depending on customer traffic, it's a popular spot. The texture of the ice cream is spectacular and definitely satisfies my sugar cravings.

Great banana split. My daughter's and I loved it.

We used to come here more often. Our issues are the sizes are extremely small for the price and the ice cream is always soft (coolers are always open because they are always busy). I am unsure if others are stepping up their game abs getting better, or the flsvors/quality here are on the down swing. I am thinking the former. Rather than this be a must stop for us, it's only if we are driving by it.The staff are still awesome! Always smiling and super nice.

Walked in and instantly lost my balance a little because the floors are extremely slanted. We said we needed a minute to look and then every time we went to try to order we got skipped over. There were some regulars that seemed to get all the girls attention. We tried a couple flavors but the ice cream just seemed to really lack in flavor. I ended up not even getting one because it took so long and it wasnΓ’β¬β’t worth the tasteless calories. I was told this was some of the best ice cream in town, but I beg to differ.

Consistently good. Excellent Mocha Chip, coconut. Can get crowded

Super awesome ice cream that is very fresh, starts melting right away! The price is good for the summer on the Cape, only thing is that they don't have much seating on the inside, but that's fine. Most people will take it to go, so don't let that deter you from trying Four Seas out!

Best ice cream and hot fudge on the cape.

Great icecream. If you have kids, you get more bang for your buck if you buy by the pint.

I don't know how the building is still standing but the ice cream is great! So many different flavors!

Perennial Homemade Ice cream spot. A regular school bus stop for an after school or after detention treat.

The cookies and cream icecream is some of the best I've found!

Absolutely delicious ice cream, and they even have non-dairy options daily! We like to buy in quarts and enjoy Four Seas for the rest of our stay.

ItΓ’β¬β’s not just ice cream, itΓ’β¬β’s an experience. And their hot fudge is hands down the best.

Located within a summertime shack that once served as both a garage and a blacksmith shop, the venerable Four Seas holds the distinction of being the third oldest ice cream shop in New England. Although there are plenty of swiveling stools along the counter, working your way through the crowd of densely packed patrons may prove difficult. Four Seas certainly wins the award for efficiency, however, with a small army of friendly and knowledgeable scoopers ready to take on the steady stream of ice cream orders coming their way.

The very best ice cream on Cape Cod! Lots of fresh fruit flavors and traditional favorites. A great family experience!

Just delicious. More flavours than you could shake a stick at. Mint chip is incredible.

$4.75 for one scoop is just too high. There are lots of places that use good ingredients that offer much more. In an entire cup of medium (one scoop) of butter crunch, there was exactly one small "crunch" piece. One. But perhaps the worst part was that I got a pet size cup for the dog ($3.25). No kidding it was basically put in a slightly larger than normal paper ketchup cup. We are brand new to this area and have already searched for other ice cream places. We won't be back here.

Wonderful ice cream parlor. Our 2.5yo son is not a fan of ice cream and up until yesterday he refused to eat any flavor of ice cream. Well, Four Seas Black Raspberry hard ice cream changed his opinion of ice cream all together.
Cory Mindel
Best ice cream around, and this is coming from someone who doesn't like most ice creams. Everything made in house, without the artificial fillers. The owners have done a great job keeping this place in its best shape, from generations past, to future.

This is my family's must-stop before heading home every visit to our house in the Cape. I've never, in my whole 34 years of existence, have had a bad ice cream from here. Never. And we go quite a few times a year. Makes me almost glad I'm not near it all the time! Almost Γ°ΕΈΛΕ My favorite order is an "Almond Joy Sundae": coconut flavored ice cream (with plenty of ACTUAL coconut pieces), homemade hot fudge, and slivered almonds. Pretty much perfection. Peach is a close second, though. All the flavors are homemade, and come packed in half pints for shoving into an empty frozen veggie bag to hide from having to share in the convenience of your own home! I only wish it was in a bigger building. This place gets PACKED during the summer months! But there is usually plenty of parking, an an atm, for your convenience. Seriously. Go try this place already! Γ°ΕΈΛβΉΓ°ΕΈΒΒ¦

Four Seas is a must visit when I'm on the Cape. Since I was a kid visiting with my grandmother I've loved this place. Wonderful coffee ice cream (my gram's favorite)! There is often a crowd, they only take cash, and as a grown up getting melted ice cream all over your leg in the summer heat sucks; but none of that matters when a delicious ice cream cone takes you back to your childhood! Highly recommended!
Maureen Lamb
The best icecream ever! There is not another place that has ice cream like this! Also, stop in fir lunch, you'll love the lobster roll!
Mary O'Rourke Sullivan
Great place. Seasonal favorite. Love the lemon crisp as well as the maple walnut! Nice location...old fashioned. Cash only but there is an ATM in the rear parking lot.
Kristina Ennis
A Cape Cod tradition. I have been ordering the peach ice cream whenever I visit for the last 50 years.

Classic homemade ice cream summer treat. Courteous staff, place was jam packed as usual. It is a must stop while in the mid Cape area, been coming for years... though I will say this time, there was no "crunch" in my butter crunch! Little disappointed but will be back to try again!
Adam Keene
The best place for old fashioned icecream and a landmark to visit
Jake Wissing
Quentissential Cape Cod ice cream joint. Young, polite college staff, history covers the walls and the ice cream is fresh in all metal containers. (I missed the pistachio pineapple by a minute! It rotates with the frozen pudding)
Martin Bertrand
Great place to get ice cream. Such a small and cute place. If you go in the afternoon. It will be packed.
Mike Trach
It's definitely good quality ice cream. As a chocolate fan, the selection of chocolate-based ice creams we're low (at the time I went, in sure that changes). I was also a little bummed that I couldn't get 2 flavors in a medium. I went with the mocha chip, which was quite good but just didn't stand out enough. I have now tried 4 different ice cream shops on the Cape and this ranks second. Cape Cod Creamery, however, is so far ahead if you ask me.
Karen Mitchell-Wood
Hopping place in the summer. If you like ice creame ..many flavors to choose from. Friendly service.
Anthony Pelletier
Have to stop if in area, always check for lastes flavors. The peach flavor is fantastic, cash only.
Megan Valletta
I was pretty disappointed by the icecream at Four Seas. We had read such great things about it. The icecream was just ok, although the strawberry sorbet was excellent. The portion sizes were small. The service could be better, though the scoopers were kind. And they were out of a ton of flavors.

Best Ice cream on Cape Cod

Love love love love Four Seas ice cream. Also appreciate all of the kids that work there over the summer. We've been going there for years. (Some years more than we should!) Also, don't worry if the line looks long. It's a small place and it moves quickly.

My favorite ice cream in whole world

Slower than usual night made for a quick ice cream run. Good flavor selection keeps everyone happy, prompt friendly service.
Aaron Hietala
Staff wasn't UNfriendly but...And the ice cream was freezer burned, or, at least, had small bits of ice throughout. (Same thing?) Not on my 'Go again' list.

The best I've cream in the world. period
